		<description>Yes.  The judgment of the Hon&#039;ble Supreme Court is awesome and is remembered as a wonderful contribution to the Constitutional jurisprudence.  As a student, researcher and teacher of Constitutional Law I cherish similar sentiments.  The judgment no doubt could be cited as India&#039;s &quot;Marbury vs. Madison&#039;, which had created the &quot;judicial review&quot; in the US Constitutional jurisprudence.</description>
